mは唇を閉じる
bは唇から息をはじき出すイメージ(ブと言わないこと)
sは息が漏れるだけのスーという音を出す(スと言わないこと)
gは喉の奥で一瞬声帯で止めた息を吐きだすこと(グと言わないこと)
lは舌を一瞬だけ歯の裏に当てること（ルと言わないこと）
cは喉の奥で音にせずに一瞬声帯で止めた息を吐きだすこと(クと言わないこと)

という感じで、日本語で言い表せない音は子音のみで書いています。
